Prices and shipping costs
The prices for the products and services offered are in euros, including VAT, excluding shipping costs. They are valid on the day when they are offered on our website, all prices are per item unless otherwise indicated. DIDAX CONSULTING BV cannot be held to price statements that are clearly incorrect, for example as a result of obvious input, typesetting or printing errors. We reserve the right to change our prices and specifications without prior notice.
Separate charges for shipping, handling and any applicable taxes will be shown when you place your order. The shipping costs are indicated in the shopping cart. The rates are stated under “Shipping and returns”.
Liability
The items we sell are described on our website as precisely as possible, if an error occurs on our website, we cannot be held liable for this fact; the colors in the pictures may differ slightly (the setting and quality of your screen also affect it). DIDAX CONSULTING BV accepts no liability for any damage resulting from the use of the products offered on our website.
Privacy and personal data
All personal data are used exclusively for the processing of the order and will never be made available to third parties, except when they are involved in the execution of your order.
Applicable law and competent court
All rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these conditions apply, as well as these conditions, are exclusively subject to Belgian law, all disputes between parties will be submitted exclusively to the competent court, the court of Antwerp exclusively competent.
Property right
DIDAX CONSULTING BV remains the full owner of a sold item until the purchase price, including shipping costs, has been paid in full.
Miscellaneous
By ordering you declare to be over 18 years old and to be responsible for your purchase. All parties accept the electronic proof (e-mail, backups,…) within the framework of their relationships. If one article of these conditions is declared null and void, this nullity will not affect the validity of the other articles.
Complaints and exchange / return of purchased items
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if an item is damaged on arrival, we offer you the opportunity to return the item to us within ten working days of receiving your order. You must always inform us in writing (by email to info@foodistri.be). The article must be returned within ten working days in the original packaging, in undamaged and unused condition and sufficiently stamped, together with the packing slip and a cover letter. Unreported or insufficiently stamped returns will not be credited! Items bought during promotion period cannot be returned.
Items that are returned to us under the conditions described above will be refunded by us within ten working days. Shipping costs incurred by us or by you will not be refunded, so you will receive the purchase price minus the amount of the shipping costs. If it concerns an item that was incorrectly delivered by DIDAX CONSULTING BV, we will bear the costs for shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if it is suspected that the articles have already been used or if it is suspected of damage caused by fault other than DIDAX CONSULTING BV or the supplier of the article.
We check our items before we send them and ensure proper packaging, the customer undertakes to check the order upon delivery. Never accept packaging that is clearly damaged during transport and check your shipment immediately upon receipt! We check every shipment before it goes out. If you do find damage to the items you ordered, we ask you to notify us immediately, if possible we also ask us to email a picture of the damaged item. Never throw away the postal packaging before you have determined that your shipment is in good condition and never return an already received package without contacting us in advance!
